What about the Amber malt?

I don't think I have amber either.  It's not something I use regularly.
The HBC didn't have any centennial last time I placed an order either, so I have none of that that I can offer.
If I'm ordering amber, I can order some centennial as well.

I'm getting proper excited about this beer. How are we for time? Is there a date set for swaping out the beers in the barrel?

Right I have the Amber for myself and Will. I suppose you could sub the amber with a low crystal and a bit of brown. aromatic malt may give similar results but if your gonna sub do a bit of research first.
