Rats

Moved mine to secondary yesterday. Are we planning to dry hop for the whole 2 weeks or only the last week?

Transferred to secondary. Gravity down to 1.018

Gonna leave it a few more days before adding dry hops.

Sample is nice and bitter with some caramel body. Nice.

I thought Dry hopping is not permitted until the 23rd or 24th?

We'll have to synchronise our watches so that we are all dropping the hops in at exactly the same time!!

Partridge9

Just give me the nob and I'll chuck the hops in.
I'm going to put them in a hop bag to assist with extraction.

Down to 1016 - looking and tasting good - if a bit 'boozy'

Will_D

Mines at about 1.018 - still a bit sweet/alcoholy balanced with quite a fruity hoppiness.

Chilled and carbed sure it woould be drinkable already.

Re. Dry Hopping: Are we going to dry hop in the cask? or are some doing it in secondary?

Remember: The Nationals are just round the corner - time to get brewing

irish_goat

Do you'se think you'll get much from dry hopping it given that it's going to be ageing a good few months?
