Shiny experimental set-up

Ok my experimental shiny pot system as requested

I was going to build a electric brewery type system, but decided against it and came up with this. As ive time in my workshop when we aren't busy, most Fridays, I thought of building a system that I could put in the corner and leave it brewing away.

I have a 100litre pot with a 50litre pot inside for mashing.  The 50l pot is supported with 304 stainless exhaust tubing cut to size held above a 5.5kw element.  I am looking for a perforated sheet to be cut to put between the exhaust pipe and 50l pot which could act as sort of a 1st stage hop filter and extra support for mash tun.  Still thinking about this.

Below is a 11litre pot.  I am waiting on a 25 metre herms coil from stainless brewing for this.  The Idea of this is that it maintains the mash temp.  Although probably not necessary with the other heating element I prefer the circulation and temperature control this way.  I also plan to circulate the wort threw this pot with ice inside to cool while whirlpooling at the end of the boil.

My idea for the hop filter is I am looking for something that will tackle alot of pellets.  So if I whirlpool and collect most of the hop pellets on the perforated sheet above the element then the left overs with not get threw a stainless perforated tube lined with mesh attached to a outlet.  Still debating about this.

My doubts were about the efficiency, but if I do a step mash like a braumeister set up and run the final temp at sparging temperature, because there's alot more water to start off with than a normal system with the extra wort circulating at sparge temperature I was hoping it will dissolve all the sugar and get a good drain while hoisted as it comes to a boil i'm hoping to keep it 70%^^^^ efficiency.

My fittings from stainless brewing arrived in UK on Monday so hoping to arrive here tomorrow to finish most of it apart from the guts inside the control panel in the next few days.

False bottom still required in 50litre pot.  I have 12" dome from another setup but fancied one from the malt miller

5.5kw element with 304 stainless exhaust support.  Still deciding on hop filter and adding a layer between exhaust pipes and 50l pot

11 litre pot with 2.4 ss element, and flow jet wort pump below.  Waiting on chugger pumps getting 230v stock in.

I stuffed my control panel up when cutting holes, but it was second hand and if this works there is some stainless steel electrical enclosures on ebay to make this a complete shiny stainless steel set up.

Nice! Where do you work, or is that a private workshop?

I'm more of a copper man, myself, but that's some lovely stainless steel there.

Apologies in advance for the use of unacceptable pop culture derived prolixity but: Absolutely Fricken Amazeballs!

Finally, a delivery  from stainless brewing in the us.  Shame the  :-X put 3/4 compression fittings in instead of 1/2"

11 Litre Herms pot complete with 25ft stainless tubing, 2.4kw stainless element and power con connector.  All I need is quick disconnects but is that necessary atm

The last of my fittings for my 100 litre pot.  I am liking the hop strainer from angel homebrew which will go around the sides and avoid most of the hops that get whirlpooled in the middle.

Anybody a source for quick release fittings??
