And will you be rackin to secondary for your second dry hop or will you just do it all in the one bucket?

delzep

Dunno hadn't thought about it. Depends on laziness I suppose

Took a sample yesterday down to 1.006 and so bitter don't think it's gonna be good

delzep

Of course it's gonna be good

bottled this today really happy with it specially after all the mishaps i had brewing it, i strayed from the original recipe a fair bit tho, on the second dry hop i upped the amounts of each hop to 20g, then today i took 16g of each hop and added them to a french press and steeped them for 20 minutes at around 75C and then added this to the bottling bucket, this is probably the best smelling beer iv ever brewed. looking forward to trying it

Thinking of giving this version a go in extract form myself in a month or two: http://www.homebrewersassociation.org/homebrew-recipe/hop-hammer/
Fermenting: IPA, Lambic, Mead
Conditioning: Lambic, Cider, RIS, Ole Ale, Saison
On Tap: IPA, Helles, Best Bitter

be careful with the bittering additions mine was way to bitter but i had less alcohol and a lower FG then what i should of but i still think if i had the extra ABV and higher FG it would still be super bitter
