Folks

If you are interested in the course - please select which classes you can attend, the 6 most popular dates will be chosen

I'll talk to andrew about the off tasting, but that might be the date with which is most popular, as its very important.

Anyways - if you are interested, please complete the poll  (first post updated as well)

Our class size is limited to about 16. The class price will probably be about 13 euro

Thanks

James

Folks

A lot of people on this list - we only have about 2 or 3 more seats available

please fill out the poll here

Remember - you dont need to attend every class, if you made four of the six, that would be grand

We are probably going to close it off on Tuesday July 12th.

There is plenty going on behind the scenes, regarding sourcing the beers, the venue and the class content -

Hopefully we can secure more Judges scoring 70 and 80+  this year.

James

Any more movement on the streaming idea?

Partridge9

We dont have reception in the basement in the Black Sheep, upstairs in the brewdock, you might get 3/4G alright.

personally im putting my efforts into getting the students, class content and everything else sorted.

If someone wants to run the course in 'parallel' in Galway / belfast / cork or anywhere else - we can let them know what beers we are tasting and pass on materials.

we can team up to the mock exam and the real exam, but I'd imagine you'd need 8 or 10 to make it viable - thats very do-able

I'm not against streaming, im just not in a position to do it.

helmet

Fair enough, plenty to get organised as it is. Well done by the way, looking forward to it!

Partridge9

Should be a blast !

The Classes last year were

American Ales
British Ales
Belgian Beers
German Beers
Light beers
and Off Flavours
and we had a day out to Brens

If memory serves.

Its impossible to cover all the styles, but picking a theme and doing a few styles from that seems to work reasonably well.
